I took a walk down Court Street to the East from my house.
Just a couple of blocks east is the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority, and behind that is a small cluster of homes.
Down from there is the GBRA Annex. There is an Oak Tree there that must be several hundred years old.
Walking through the neighborhood, I found a beautiful house for sale. In the back was a deck, and near the garage was a
huge oak tree, and a concrete patio overlooking a creek that feeds into the Guadalupe River.
What a bargain! That's why we moved to Seguin. Click any picture to get a larger image.
This tree beside the GBRA annex is hundreds of years old.
The Guadalupe River rose to this marker in 1998. Known as "The Big Flood". GBRA Annex is 10 or 15 feet above that.
Ther is a road leading up to a small group of houses on Heideke Street.
This one is for Sale. I think it is a bit over $200,000. (Update: July 2007 - The house was sold)
I love this type of architecture.
More of the house for sale on Heideke.
My house was built in 1915. A lot of cars have passed by this front porch.
This house down on Court at Heideke has unique lightning strip on the gable.
